Im interested in finding out how coaches block OV to a 3 and 7 technique with stacked LB's (4-3)?

On the playside, we base/reach block the guard on the 3T. It has been an easy block as the 3T has been conditioned to crash down on our midline play.
Our PST does what we call a "chip release" to level two, and our TE"loop releases" to an off-colored shirt at level two and climbs to level 3 if nothing shows.

We read the 7T and and keep or pitch on the next man outside to show.
