Coaches,
We are a Flexbone team and we are seeing more of the following and would like to hear your ideas on what plays could work well against this defense.
Def. Techniques from left to right: 5,3,3,5 with two lb's over the 'A' gaps and two olb's o/s the 5 tech's.
Look forward to your inputs! TIA and best of luck this season!

double 3's i would midline it.
bsg turns out 3t, center to bs a agp lb, fsg to ps a gap lb. pst fan 5t.

I say Midline as well. If your PST is having trouble kicking out the 5 technique (i think i remember reading that you are a non-TE team) you can run a midline triple. Read the PS 3 tech for dive and the ps 5 technique for pitch. The pst releases to the stacked LB and the PSRB arc blocks instead of inserting through the B gap. Generally speaking if the QB pulls he will almost always pitch off of the DE.

I think quick trap away from motion should also go well.

If you want to piss them off, go QB sneak a couple of times. Don't even block the 3's send them straight to the backers. Center blocks 1st backer that shows, you have a three on two advantage, and nothing hits quicker than a QB sneak for 3-4 yard gain maybe five to six if they don't change. IMO.

a steady dose of midline/wedge/rocket toss and something else to get outside quickly...this defense is daring you to get the ball outside- i like the idea of some quick qb sneeks as well- that would be something you could easily do...
