What schemes do teams use for play action passing? We need something easy to learn/execute.

In the SB Veer, play action off the inside veer is a good scheme. Fake the inside veer play, then throw to any number of routes. The key is to take advantage of "fast-flow" linebackers and/or safeties who vacate an area of the field to cover their option responsibilities. You can attack the middle of the field with a WR post or TE seam. You can also attack the flats, and TE crossing routes away from the direction the linebackers are flowing to.
