Coaches, How do you block playaction passes? Do you use different protections for different run fakes?

We use a simple turnback protection scheme.
Example: faking inside veer rt (most of our playactions have come off of IV)
PST and or PSTE turn out into C gap and or D gap. Everyone else (from the PSG back) turns to their backside gap. The FB fits into the playside B gap after making a great fake.
technique: Lineman from the PSG back will (while keeping their helmet low) step with their playside foot and punch the defender over them. They will then hinge back to about 30 degrees (never more than 45 degrees) the PST and or PSTE will fire right into the C and or D gap. If we are throwing a quick pass (like a slant) we will crab the EMOL with our PST in order to get his hands down.
We use some form of turnback protection for the rest of our playaction and also for our sprint out passes as well.
